How same-day booking works

Call 07 3279 3228 as early as possible. 7:30 am when we open gives you the best chance. Tell us the symptom, the vehicle, and how urgent.

We fit you in where we can. Sometimes between booked jobs, sometimes at end of day, sometimes with a “leave it with us by 10 am and we’ll get to it.”

Honest timing. If we can’t do it same day, we tell you. We don’t promise what we can’t deliver.

What we can't do on emergency same-day

Major mechanical work — clutch replacements, head gaskets, engine rebuilds, major transmission work. These need planned bookings with parts ordered.
Complex European car work — sometimes parts need ordering for specific vehicles.
Work requiring multiple days — we can start, but completion takes time.

For these, we try to get you mobile with a temporary solution (spare car battery to get you home, a safe temporary fix) and book the full repair for the next available slot.

When to get a tow instead

Car is unsafe to drive — no brakes, severe overheating, major electrical failure.
Car won’t move at all — transmission failure, seized engine, clutch gone.
You’re stranded somewhere remote — we can’t attend every location.
